Very early in my relationship with the Holy Spirit, He said to acknowledge the Lord as the Creator. At first I didn’t understand the value of that. But we want to look at the Creator and realize what happens to those who do not acknowledge that He is the Creator. Hebrews 11:6 says, But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Those that diligently pursue God He will reward. So I began to acknowledge in my prayer time and in my worship, and wherever I was, that He is the Creator. I’m awed at the awesomeness of the creation. When I’m awed at it and begin to speak about it I’m worshipping and blessing the Creator and acknowledging that He exists. When you acknowledge the Creator, everywhere you look you see the signs of a Creator, one that spent countless time to put together the creation. Take a guinea for example. When they first hatch, the guineas are yellow and black and orange; they are camouflaged so you can hardly see them in the grass. After they get big enough that they can defend themselves, the feathers change to a dark color with little white squares all over that all line up no matter which way you look at them. How does that happen? That feather has to be perfectly lined up, so it has to grow exactly the right length and each one has to line up with each other. Just stop and think of that. Unbelievable. It’s the most innovative thing I’ve ever seen. Every time I see that guinea walking around I look and every one of the dots lines up. Then they have a gold design around the middle of their neck and also bright red earlobes. I’m just fascinated. No matter what it is, whether it’s a calf born, or a guinea that hatches, or a duck or lamb, it’s amazing. David said, God said it and it does not change. The only thing that changes is us. Everything else stays the same. But we’re up, we’re down, we have one style, then another style, but they don’t. They have the same style and they’re just as happy as they can be. In many of the bird species, the male will be brilliant colored and the female will be all camouflaged. They come from the same eggs, from the same mamma, but the female looks one way and the male looks another way. Now tell me that doesn’t have an intelligent design. We look at things and just say, O well. But if we really look at the creation, we will say there is no question that it was designed. There isn’t any other possibility. So I stand before the Creator and say, God, You are so awesome. There is nothing like You. There never was and there never will be. We have to believe that God exists and then begin to observe the creation. When you observe something that is fascinating to you, stop and worship the Lord. What does that do for God? That blesses Him. We sing, Bless the Lord O my soul. But we’re just hollering at Him and He’s saying, “That doesn’t bless Me. What are you going to bless Me with?” But when we acknowledge that He’s the Creator and that He holds all things in His hands, He brings provision, brings restoration, He regenerates the whole earth constantly, that blesses Him! We had a rain, and then a cold front came through. The moisture that rained down was regathered and rained down again within 24 hours. When it gets dirty, He just does it again. If the air is dirty, He uses the rain to cleanse the air. After we got three inches of rain the sky was clear and crisp. It’s because God cleansed the air. Can you imagine what it would take to put filters out and cleanse the air, trying to regenerate it? All of the electricity and pollution it would take just to try to cleanse it? But God is sitting up there and He’s already told the creation what to do and they’re just doing it. It says in the scripture that if we stay in tune with God and know who He is that we will have confidence when He comes that He will say, “Enter in.” How would you like to be Al Gore when he stands before the Lord and the Lord says, What in the world were you trying to do? You were trying to do My job that I do very well. You’re a fake. Go where the fakes go. Isn’t that foolish? In Psalm 51:1-3 David says, Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. If you want to know the three different types of sins, they are listed in those verses. The first one is transgression. A transgression is stepping in and taking over an authority that was not given to you. You trespass. The next sin David mentions is iniquity. Iniquity has to do with using the power of satan to get what you want. Then the third level is sin, knowing the laws but ignoring them to do what you want. To the one who knows what is right and doesn’t do it, it is sin. These three sins are not found very often all together, but David wants God to cleanse him from all three. He wants God to deal with the areas where he transgresses, the areas that he tries to get his own way through satan’s powers, and the things that he knows he should do but doesn’t. Then in verse ten, it says, Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Here, the Creator is creating. I thought that the creation was done on the sixth day, so what is He creating? David is not asking God to change the creation. But he is asking God as the Creator to redeem him, and it requires a creation to do it. When you are born again, you are created into a new being. But if you don’t acknowledge or allow that creation to grow in you, God can’t do anything for you. When God touches you, He’s creating something in you that is very important for you and what He’s called you to do and be. When the anointing comes on you, when God does something in you and causes change, it’s a creation. If you ignore it, it will die. That creation doesn’t have to do with changing you from a man to another being; it’s changing you so that you are usable in His kingdom. He’s taking you into the realms of the Spirit. It’s needed. We have to be created into a warrior so that we can destroy satan’s strongholds that he is illegally hanging onto. Jesus defeated him, but we have to drive him out. If we ignore when we receive a creative move of God on us we’re foolish. You can’t be saved without a creation, because when you are saved, you are born into a new realm. You’re born again, and to be born again is a creation. You still function physically the way you are, but there is something that happens that allows the Spirit of God in you to go into the heavenlies. Even though your flesh body can’t, your spirit can. That’s a creation. Not everybody can do that. When you take that lightly, or don’t believe that God could create any more, that it’s done, or that everything was formed through evolution, you have no ability to cry out for God to touch you and create something new in you. You’re a helpless miserable person when you don’t believe that God is the Creator and that He’s still creating. So David says, Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. He recognizes that he has transgressions, iniquity, and sin. So he says, God I need a new creation in me. Create in me a new heart, and change and put a right spirit in me. A spirit that will serve and obey You, that will honor You, that will bless You and glorify You, because You are the Creator. Isaiah 4:1-2, And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach. In that day shall the branch of the Lord be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. Here, God is getting ready to judge Israel, and many of the men will die by the thousands. Isaiah is prophesying that there are going to be a lot of widows in the land. It says that seven women will go to one man and say, Let us be your wife and we will take care of ourselves. You don’t need to give us anything, we’ll take care of everything, just let us be your wife. Verse three says, And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem: God is going to rock again this world, and everything that can be shaken is going to be shaken. Those that are able to remain will be called holy. Verse 4- 5, When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning. And the Lord will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defense. This is the same thing Moses experienced in the wilderness. It was called living in the supernatural. There’s going to be a cloud of smoke by day and it will shade them from the heat of the sun, and the fire will be a light at night. Verse 6 says, And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain. God is going to create a place for His people to live in the supernatural. How will you live in the supernatural if you don’t believe God exists? How will you make it? If you don’t believe, you won’t be there. And if you do believe, why aren’t you letting Him work through you? Let Him cleanse you by fire and judgment. Isaiah 45:6b-7, I am the Lord, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. God creates evil? What is he talking about? If God would open the gates in the United States and terrorists would come in and begin to slaughter, would that be an evil thing? It would. The evil that He’s talking about is that, “You don’t want me, so I’m going to stop protecting you; I’m going to open the gates and let those people come in so that you wake up and realize that there is a God.” So He said, I form light, I create darkness. That is, “If I want to, I could put darkness around you and you would know nothing about Me.” He can give you light, but if you constantly reject what He is creating in you, God can put darkness where you are at and you will never see again. He said, I can create light so you can see the path or I can create darkness and you have no idea what’s going on. And He can make peace and He can create destruction. That’s the kind of God we serve. He can do all those things. Now, does God want to bring darkness and evil? No, He labors and labors to try to bring created abilities to you, but if you trash them, what is He going to do? Isaiah 57:17 For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. What is the iniquity of covetousness? Wanting things, and using satan’s power to get them. So getting power from satan to get what you want makes God angry. But they still just went on. They didn’t change. Verse 18-19, I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners. I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord; and I will heal him. We’re in a time where we need to be healed, and even though you haven’t exactly done what you should have done, the Lord says, I’ll still heal you. Isaiah 65:17-19, For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. Rejoice in the things that He creates in you. Be thankful when you recognize God has created something in you. Let Him know you know it. In doing that it blesses Him. It becomes precious to Him and to you, and it draws you closer to Him because of the created thing that He did in you. That’s the intent of His creating you. Are you starting to see a different world? Ephesians 2:10, For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. We are created to be in Christ Jesus, to live in Him. Are we doing it? We were preordained from the foundations to be created in His Son, to live in Him and to do the will of the Father through Jesus. Isn’t that awesome? Look who we are. We are created to do it. So why do we say we can’t? Why do we say He can’t use us? If He has the power to create in you a clean heart, if He has the power in you to be in Christ Jesus, if you’re born again, then is it necessary to believe He’s the Creator? Of course it is. How can those who believe in evolution, not believing in the Creator, be saved? They can’t be created in Christ Jesus if they don’t believe there is a Creator. Ephesians 3:8-9, Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; and to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God who created all things by Jesus Christ: This mystery of being created in Christ Jesus is now open for us to see what He wants to do. Verse 10, To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God. We were created in Christ Jesus to understand the principalities of the air and the manifold wisdom of God. If we’ve been created to be in that, let’s get busy and start doing it. Let’s get rid of not believing that God is the creator. Because if you believe it, you will accept the creation that God wants to place in you and allow Him to bring you to the heavenly places for the church to know the multi wisdoms of God. Verse 11 and 12, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord, In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of Him. Jesus gave us and created in us an eternal purpose. We have confidence because we are created in Him and we understand the heavenly realms and what’s going on, the spiritual things. The rest of the people don’t have a clue what’s going on. Verse 13-16, Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; Wow. That’s my Creator. That’s what He’s doing to me. He’s creating in me a new heart. He’s putting a right spirit in me. He’s ushered me into heavenly places in Christ Jesus. I’m created to go into that place. Because I’m created to go there I have the ability to see what’s going on. The Lord tells me what needs to be done, and we can do it because we’ve been created to walk in the supernatural. Ephesians 4:17-18, This I say therefore and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Their heart cannot see the created. Verse 19-24, Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him as the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. We become a new man because He created us in righteousness and true holiness. If we are the children of God then we should be exceptional! Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Everything that is created in you is by Him and for Him. Not for you to be some big shot, but He created you to be His pleasure. Colossians 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: After you’ve put on the new man, the new created person, your new creation is renewed in knowledge. You enter into the realm of the Spirit and you feed on knowledge. God teaches you in that realm how to be. So you’re renewed in the knowledge of God after His image. He created you, now you can create also. You have the power to create as well, not just Him; power to create healing, power to help those that have need. Out of your inner being spews forth life to those that need. When you bring life to someone else you are creating something new in them. You’re bringing the light that the Father gave you. Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. It’s God’s pleasure to create you in Jesus Christ that He might take pleasure in you. Do you think that God could take pleasure in you? He could. If you allow that creation to take you in Jesus, to know that which is in the heavenlies, seen and unseen, and on the earth, seen and unseen, then He would observe you and take pleasure in seeing you walk as the sons of God. Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: What is invisible that is clearly seen by the creation? The Creator. It’s easy to see the created and recognize that there has to be someone that made it, but you can’t see it. You don’t know who it was and you don’t know how they did it. The eternal power is that God created the sparrow and it’s still the same as it was then as it is now. How do you know? Go any place in the world and you’ll find sparrows and they’re all the same. They chirp the same, hop the same, fly the same, and the colors are the same, so they are the same. Verse 21, Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. This United States is being darkened because they do not acknowledge the Creator any more. Verse 22-25, Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. No matter what you say, or how you curse Him, the Creator is going to be blessed forever. You won’t change that. The only thing that will change is that if you begin to bless Him and to acknowledge Him as the Creator, then His creative transformation is possible for you. 1 Peter 4:18-19, And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. When you’re being birthed into something new, there is a pressure. It takes pressure to bring something forth. I have heard some say that in a caesarean birth there is something a child lacks because they don’t go through the pressure of being birthed. It’s like a chick hatching. If you see it peck a little hole and you open the shell, the chick may die, because the hatching process builds strength for survival. It may take 12 hours or 24 hours to hatch, but if you help it, it will be weak. When you are being birthed into a new place, you are in the pressure zone where you’re being strengthened to exist where you are going. Be thankful that you are going through the pressure of being birthed into that place God is calling you. I’m going to challenge you to begin to worship the Lord and to lift up your voice to the Lord in thankfulness for all the things you know He’s done, and the creations that He’s done in you. Acknowledge them, and not only acknowledge them, but want to have them grow into a place that God is pleased and has pleasure in what He’s created you to be. If you do that, God will touch you. He will change you. When you begin to worship Him as the Creator, and acknowledge Him in all that you do, that it’s He that does it, there is no end to what He can do with you. Amen. ![]()
