Anyone that has not started in the process of regeneration is dead because the outer court is removed from Christ. We go to the cross and accept the death that Jesus had for us so we might be regenerated... Did Jesus say it was easy to get saved? He said it’s a hard thing. Does this sound like a hard thing? It is. You have to go to the cross and die like He did. We’re going to continue on in faith. Without faith there is no hope, and we’re saved by hope in Him. Let’s look at 1 Samuel 14. This is where Jonathan and his armor bearer were in a dilemma. His father Saul was in great distress because the Philistines were causing trouble just like they are today. Jonathan thinks in his mind and then says, if we don’t destroy these Philistines, they will destroy us. Then Jonathan’s faith rises up. Let’s start in verse 6, And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armor, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: An uncircumcised is one that has not died unto the world and therefore God can do very little to help them. Jonathan is counting on God to move if they show their faith in the living God. …it may be that the Lord will work for us: for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few. God is not shook up if He has to battle three or three million. It doesn’t matter. The size of our warfare is not dependent upon us; it’s dependent upon our faith in God that is not limited in any way. He says in many places, who can restrain My arm from doing what I want to do? Verse 7, And his armor bearer said unto him, Do all that is in thine heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according to thy heart. In a very short time they killed twenty Philistines. When the Philistines saw what was happening, they all ran. Those in Saul’s army that before had no faith, got out of their fox holes and ran after them. I believe that’s a lesson for us too. If the church saw hope, they would rise up and come and fight. Someone has to bring them to a place of hope that they’re going to get out of the mess they’re in. The world is being shaken and it’s up to God’s people to change that into a place of peace. Saul was the first king of Israel. The people wanted a king so God gave them Saul. At the beginning he was very faithful, but as time went on he began to look at himself more than he did God. God wanted to use Saul in a way that could build the faith. Why were the Philistines in the promise land to begin with? It’s because they had no faith to drive them out. God did say that He would not cause the heathen of the land to all leave at one time because He wanted the next generation to fight, too. In fighting you find out and become what God has created you to be if you allow that fight to keep going. Fighting is a way of making you strong. They say that a person born through cesarean has more weakness to face life than one that struggles and comes out the natural way. Even babies just born are introduced a fight or a struggle to come out and live a life that God wants them to. If you want someone to always fight for you or to always be prayed for, it’s because you’ve not learned that fighting builds strength. God has competition with satan and the whole world that has not been willing to die and take on the character of God so they can live forever with Him. When we went to Israel we stopped up on the Mount of Olives. I will never forget when we got out of the bus and looked out over Jerusalem all we could do was weep. They had the blessing of God on them but they were rebellious. They wanted to be like the other people. That’s why they had a king. If you think that all of Israel was righteous and holy, you have a wrong view of who they were. 1 Samuel 15:17, And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, was thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the Lord anointed thee king over Israel? And the Lord sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed. Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the Lord, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the Lord? They were more interested in wealth than in destroying the enemy so the next generation wouldn’t have to live in what they lived in. The Amalekites represent your flesh. We have a generation today that has chosen self-centeredness and self-satisfaction rather than fighting what’s come on us. We have people in this nation that think if all the world was like the people that worship allah then it would be a wonderful place. I just read an article that professors in the upper class colleges are teaching that the people in Gaza are much happier than us that live in America. I don’t believe that’s the case at all. I don’t know where they ever got that. But then you can read other articles of those who have actually come out of Gaza being so thankful that they’re out. Every generation will have to fight the flesh no matter what happens. That’s just the way God set it up to test and see whether you really love Him. If you don’t love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength then He doesn’t want you in heaven, because He already had one like that, and that was lucifer. Let’s look now in Jeremiah 8. Even though Jeremiah was young, he saw what was happening in Israel. He wept over his people. God gave him eyes to see what was happening to Israel and he labored to help them see what was happening to their nation. The same thing that happened in Jeremiah’s time is going to happen in our time unless there are some people willing to stand up and go out in front of the enemy. If there are a few or a lot, it’s not going to interfere with God. At this point the church is full of the god of force and there isn’t one percent of the church that even knows what the god of force is and they are fully bound in it. It’s the hardest spirit to get out of you that we’ve encountered. It’s the same spirit that killed Jesus. Even when Jesus was on the earth teaching, very few understood. Jeremiah 8:4, God is speaking to Jeremiah, Moreover thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord; Shall they fall, and not arise? Shall he turn away, and not return? Why then is this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? They hold fast deceit, they refuse to return. Deceit is being sneaky and trying to get what you want in an underhanded way. It’s everywhere in the United States today. Verse 6, I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? Every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle. It often talks about in the battle there is confusion and not a oneness. Verse 7, Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord. How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain. Because they do not turn from their wicked ways, God says that His word and everything that is written about Him isn’t worth anything to them. Verse 9, The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the Lord; and what wisdom is in them? If you reject the word of the Lord, where is your wisdom coming from? Verse 10, Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, It doesn’t sound like a very good place to live. Everybody is sneaky and trying to take from everybody else. That’s the way it is today in a lot of things. When I bought a new car for my wife, the head salesman came in and said, I want to educate you about how cars are sold. He said, the car here that you’re buying, we’re not making any money on it. I thought, I’m a businessman and if I don’t make money I’m closed down and you’ve been here for twenty some years. I just sat there and he went on and on. You can see him advertise today. He looks like a snake. Anybody that tells you they’re not making any money but they’ve been in business for years, you know something is going on. People have their way of trying to get you to do things that are not above board. Then in verse 18, When I would comfort myself against sorrow, my heart is faint in me. Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the Lord in Zion? Is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities? The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. He went out and tried to talk to the people to get them to bring their hearts to the Lord and they wouldn’t do it. At the end of the summer, Jeremiah said, the summer is over, the harvest is past, and we didn’t get any harvest. Verse 21, For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt; I am black; astonishment hath taken hold on me. Was Jeremiah black? No. What does he mean then that he is black? People that were wealthy would not go out in the sun to get a suntan. They wanted to be white so everybody knew they were wealthy and didn’t have to work. It’s not that way today. Everybody wants a suntan so they look beautiful, but back then Jeremiah said, I’ve been out in the field laboring for souls. I’ve been out in the hot sun, meaning I’ve been out there in the world with all the deceitful and conniving people and the nation refused, so I sit here weeping and hurt. Verse 22, Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? Why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered? Jeremiah 9:1, Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people! God sees those taken in by satan as being slain. Verse 2, Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! For they be all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men. And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord. So here we have a problem: how do you reach a people that don’t understand what salvation is? Salvation is that you became a new creation. And what is that new creation? Let’s turn to Matthew. Matthew 10:5b, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. And then He says in another place, Matthew 15:24, But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. He said that to the woman that came and wanted God to heal her daughter. Verse 26, But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs. She wasn’t an Israelite. That makes me look pretty mild really. I haven’t called anybody a dog. Verse 27, And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. Someone that has faith and knows what they want is not hindered; they’re not embarrassed by what anybody says. If you find someone that says they want God and you tell them what their problem is and they go away mad, they really don’t want God; they just want to have their life changed from the pain. So you haven’t done anything to hurt them if they go and reject what you say because they are still not looking to die to their own life and pick up the cross and follow Christ. You haven’t hurt them at all. In fact, you’ve caused them to think about what you said. At first they will get mad but eventually, if they begin to change their heart, the Holy Spirit will come to them and help them come out of it. If they get insulted, don’t worry about it. In today’s world we don’t want to offend anyone and because of that people are going to hell. Jesus offended this woman and she said, I don’t care what You say, I am a dog, but dogs eat crumbs from the masters’ table. It doesn’t matter. I’ve been offended hundreds of times. People try to accuse me of things or challenge what I say, but I’m not moved because I know who God is. When you know who God is, you will never be offended or ashamed of Him. I know my God and no one is going to move me from it. I’m going to answer the question I asked a little earlier (What is Salvation?). Matthew 19:28, And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. What does regeneration mean? It means to restore. There are a lot of people that love old cars. They will take one all apart and sand for hours. They may work all day on two fenders just to clean them up. Then they have to decide what they want to do to it. They patch it, repair it, then take that piece and spray it after it’s all clean, and keep spraying it to get a good coat on it. Then they put a clear coat on it, let it fully dry and set it aside. They don’t just tape some stuff and spray the whole car. They go piece by piece. They redo the underbody. I know a man who will work for a whole year on one vehicle. When I see him I think, if he had his soul regenerated like he’s doing to that car he would be an awesome Christian. But he’s not interested in that. He’s interested in satisfying his own desire and lust. Once saved always saved is not a regeneration process. Regeneration is step by step, little by little, until you come to a place that you have gone from being righteous to holy. Those are the two that Revelation 11 talks about where it says don’t bother to measure the outer courts. What’s in the outer courts? It’s the place where your sins are burned at the altar. In the New Testament is regeneration, and the Old Testament is removing the sin but still not having power to spend a whole life in God because they didn’t have the Holy Spirit (except for just a few). But today all people that are in the regeneration process can have the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit is the teacher. So what am I saying? He said don’t measure the outer court because it’s given to the Gentiles. But in the Holy Place is where you learn to know God, get government, and learn to worship and fellowship with Him. In the Holy Place, the seven eyes of God are lit and minister to God every day that you will be able to walk in the new generation process through the seven candlesticks, which is Jesus who is the light of the world. So if you’re not in the regeneration process, you’re in trouble. Regeneration process is going into the Holy Place and then after you know how to act in the Holy Place, you can enter into the Holy of Holies, which is where the Father is and He’s the rock. You go through Jesus into the Holy of Holies. He doesn’t allow you to come to the Father without being cleansed and learning how to act, because you would be dead. The example of that is Moses on Mt. Sinai. God cleansed Moses so he could go up. He was up there a whole week with fire and smoke and after that he finally began to fellowship with God. Moses was in the presence of God with fire and everything that was going on that scared the people down below. He was up there and took on the fear of the Lord so he could stand in the presence of Almighty Father. We think today we can say two or three words and we’re saved and going to heaven and do what we want. Someone has told you a huge lie. It’s not true at all. Much of the church is not saved. Now with what I’ve said, let’s go to Genesis 49:16, Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. The tribe of Dan put up the golden calf in Dan, clear at the north end of Israel. We stood up there where that calf actually was. I didn’t know at the time, but our guide was a Cohen which is the only family that could enter into the Holy of Holies and not be destroyed. I asked him to go to Dan and said we wanted to pray. While I was praying the guide stood there and all of a sudden he was moved to put his hand on my shoulder when I began to pray that the sins of the tribe of Dan would be broken so that they could enter in. What that means totally I don’t know. But it says in verse 17, Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. So Dan is going to be a trouble maker to the church. Verse 18, I have waited for thy salvation, O Lord. This is prophesying what’s going to come down the road. Jacob was prophesying over each of the children. Dan is not one of the twelve listed in Revelation that are going to go out and evangelize the world. The reason I say that is because Jesus came to save the lost sheep of Israel. The reason that He came to do that is because the children of Israel were given the promise. Abraham walked in the promise and God gave it to nobody else except through what He said to Abraham. Whatever Abraham said that God did and spoke, I believe is the only way you can be saved: through Abraham. He was looking for a city not built by hands, which is in the spirit, and his generations carried on. The only generations you’ll find are from Adam all the way to Jesus. Then it stops from there. David was the king that represented some of the promises of Abraham. The other tribe that was not listed was Ephraim. But in this prophecy, all of the tribes, or all of the children that were born of Jacob, were mentioned. Then we go to Ezekiel 37. The Lord asked Ezekiel, Do you see all these bones? They are very dry. Can these bones live again? Ezekiel says, O God, You know. I don’t know what they can do. But You know. Tell me. Ezekiel 37:5, Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord. I think He’s speaking twofold there – one is those that have died and gone on, and the other is those that are alive but they’re dead. Anyone that has not started in the process of regeneration is dead because the outer court is removed from Christ. We go to the cross and accept the death that Jesus had for us so we might be regenerated. Verse 7, So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise. Did Jesus say it was easy to get saved? He said it’s a hard thing. Does this sound like a hard thing? It is. You have to go to the cross and die like He did. …and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. The four winds that are in the four corners of the earth listen to God. But we must prophesy to the winds. We must prophesy the word of God upon the land so the four winds can blow. The hundred and forty-four thousand have been chosen and are being raised up, are in the regeneration process, so they can complete what they are called to do. That happened about 6-8 years ago, somewhere in there, that the Lord said it’s complete now. Verse 10, So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Are we part of the army of God? God has breathed upon us and those that have accepted the regeneration process, each one of you are in a place. Not one person is in the same place, but you are in the regeneration process of God’s breath breathing life on you. And you can tell very quickly when someone starts to speak about the Bible and they don’t have the breath of God in them. It’s boring. Verse 11, Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord. Where is my land? Right here in Elkhart County. The tribe of Dan is the Mennonite/Amish/Conservative community. God is going to put life in their bones for those that want it. Those that don’t want it won’t get it. You need to read this passage several times, getting it in your mind, that God is speaking His word what He is going to do, in the regeneration process for those that want it. That’s why He’s not going to measure the outer courts, which is basic salvation – no commitment but just repent and then go on. When repentance takes place, there has to be a transformation that happens or the faith doesn’t do you any good. Ezekiel 48:30 (talking about New Jerusalem), And these are the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures. And the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi. And at the east side four thousand and five hundred: and three gates; and one gate of Joseph, one gate of Benjamin, one gate of Dan. Dan and Joseph were reunited in the regeneration process to be part of the New Jerusalem. Those that let God put life in them through regeneration will be part of New Jerusalem. Isn’t that incredible? The twelve gates of the city. That’s Jerusalem at the end. Rachel had Joseph and Benjamin and her maid had Dan, but it was credited to Rachel. So Joseph, He is laboring to bring Ephraim and Manasseh in to save them. And Benjamin did some wicked things too. They were in sodomy and all kinds of things. They didn’t do a whole lot of good. And Dan ran off and served Babylon for years and still walk in the witchcraft of Dan and their actions. But before this is over, the reason that Jesus said I’ve been sent to the lost people of Israel is to bring life back to them so that through them God’s prophecy over Abraham can truly come to pass. There is a bitterness coming upon the earth of those that were Abraham’s descendants but not of God, just of the world. That’s all the Arabs, muslims, and all those people that are trying to destroy Israel. The wickedness that’s coming in our nation of hating Israel and saying that Gaza and the muslim way is the way to go. We have a fight on our hands. But God said keep going, you’re winning. So we need, in this period of time, to prepare our hearts to make sure that we have given all to God what needs to be done to walk in righteousness and then in holiness. Righteousness is the power to remove wickedness in our lives. Holiness is to walk in the regeneration process and to live in the supernatural which is what Jesus meant when He said, I have manna that you know not of. But He’s showing it to us now. Aren’t we an incredibly blessed people? I know that I know what the Lord has shown me is coming and is not far off. There’s going to come a time that God’s going to open up His heart and all that choose to come will be in that great harvest. Then it’s going to close and He’s going to bring judgment upon the wicked to show them that He is God and He can do what He wants to. They think they can do what they want to. But the reason He’s saving that until last is to show the wicked they are wrong and it’s too late. Don’t be worrying about what someone else is doing. This is your labor to enter into the Holy of Holies. Each person with the seven eyes or the seven candles, the bread of heaven which is Jesus, and the fellowship at the altar of incense. As you burn incense, God can tell whether your body has been cleansed and the aroma is beautiful. He loves to smell you burning. He can smell if it’s good. You’re not burning up. You’re just giving an offering of - I have decided to follow You. That’s a good smell to God. But a dead person stinks. May God bless His word.
