Ways of God

In response to our sign we wanted to share the foundation of who we are and why we do what we do. Understanding the ways of God is very important. 

Genesis 1:3, And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. We notice here that He didn’t create the darkness. He just created the light. Verse 5, And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. Throughout the Bible the children of God are of the day and the children of satan are of the night. Those that walk in darkness can’t stand to do their work in the light where everybody can see, so they hide. That’s still true today. We have organizations that hide in groups of people, just like they do in the Middle East. The enemy goes in among the people and hides and does it’s dirty work in hiding rather than coming out into the light and showing who they are. The very first day He created the kingdom of God for us, that we would enter into that kingdom. We enter in by faith. An example of how to begin to approach heaven and the kingdom of God is when the centurion came to Jesus. He said, Jesus, you don’t need to come to my house, I understand authority. When I tell someone to go do something, they have to go do it. If You tell the devil to get out, he’ll get out and my servant will be healed. Jesus said, you’re not far from the kingdom of heaven. Have faith that if He says it, it’s going to happen. The word of God becomes powerful when we have faith that what God says will happen.
 
Isaiah 55:6, Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near. The Lord wants to redeem those who want Him. This is a year that if you call upon the Lord with all sincerity, He will bring you out of the strongholds and the pitfalls of this world. He says, Seek while the Lord can be found. I would hate to go through this year and reject God’s redemptive power. Verse 7, Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: How do you forsake your way? The first thing you do is change friends. People that stay where they are at and try to walk in a new realm won’t get anywhere. They stay in the mud puddle and cry out for the Lord to take them out of the mud puddle. But they need to get out of the mud puddle, clean themselves off, and then they’ll find God. …and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. What is the biggest difference in God’s ways versus man’s ways? Man’s ways think in terms of seventy, eighty, or ninety years; the amount of time we live here on this earth. Ninety nine percent of your hopes and visions are in that realm. But God’s thinking is eternal. He looks at you as one that is going to make it and live with Him eternally forever or as one that will die, be destroyed, and never be remembered again. He doesn’t see as we see and His thoughts are not our thoughts. If He comes to us and wants us to change, He’s hoping that we will change and live with Him forever. If we don’t change we’re in trouble and He doesn’t want us in His kingdom; we won’t be there. The Bible says those who want Him will come through the right way, that is, through His door. But those who are trying to get something and not change are those that crawl over the wall. Yes, Jesus has a wall to keep the rebellious people out. It works very well to have a wall. Verse 9, For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither; but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. When the word of God comes to us to do something, guess what it’s going to do!? As His word goes out, it’s going to prosper and increase you.
 
God’s ways are higher than our ways. Matthew 8:22, But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead. God sees every living person on the earth as either having life in them or being dead. If you follow Jesus and embrace Him, because Jesus is the life of man, He will show you the path to everlasting life. But if you reject it then in the eyes of God you’re a dead person. That’s His attitude towards people upon the earth. If you don’t have the life of Christ in you, you’re dead. There is no hope of you beyond this world and living to ninety years old. You’re done. No one will ever remember or think about you anymore when the Lord comes back. That’s the first thing we need to understand. Christ has the light to show you how to get into the kingdom of heaven. So if you reject Christ, you will never get there. That’s His way of protecting His kingdom. It also weeds out those that are trying to get into the kingdom by going over the wall instead of having a correct pedigree with Christ in you.
 
If you are dead, Ezekiel 21:32 says, Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire. When Christ comes back, if you don’t have Him in you, you will be thrown into a lake of fire and God says you will just be fuel for the fire to help it burn hotter. Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the Lord have spoken it. And whatever He speaks is going to happen. That’s pretty strong. Those who think everybody is going to get to heaven one way or another may be very deceived in their theology. That’s not what the word of God says. The word of God says if you don’t have Christ in you to see with the light of Jesus you won’t get there. There are a lot of lights, but the false lights are not going to make it.
 
I John 3:8, He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. Before the world was even created, the grave of satan was the earth. That’s why God didn’t have to create satan’s kingdom of rebellion, of refusing to obey God. Those that are unfaithful He doesn’t want. He wants a people He can fellowship with, that weren’t made to do what is to be done, but willingly do it. You must be willing to serve Jesus and the Father so He won’t have to have another satan. The earth and the kingdom of God were created so that He will have a people He can take from this earth and this creation and make eternal, that they will live with Him and have fellowship and love and do all kinds of things. It has never entered our minds what He will have us to do. What a wonderful time that will be when satan and everyone that has a rebellious attitude will be removed and no one will ever remember them again. Their memoirs will be worthless. Verse 8 again, He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Jesus came to destroy, not people, but the works of people who don’t want Him. Jesus came down to put a stop to those trying to destroy His creation and gave the church the power to remove their authority upon the earth. God would give all authority to the church that is faithful and love Him and want to be with Him forever and obey Him. He even tells us how by giving us spiritual eyes to see in His kingdom. In the physical, we have five eyes; taste, sight, hearing, smell, and feeling. If someone touches me in the back I have an eye back there…feeling is an eye. I know someone is back there doing something. A sixth one is our conscience. If we aren’t angry towards Him and allow it, the spirit of the living God, through our conscience, even though we are living like hell, will speak to us and give us the opportunity to come out of that place because He has broken the power of satan if you want to move him out. But if you don’t want to move him out he will continue to take over and he’ll drag your soul to hell and you will be remembered no more. We have before us in this day one of the most important jobs there is: destroy the works of the devil so people can come out of their strongholds and have the opportunity to say yes or no to the living God. No one is going to pressure them to do one way or the other. Jesus didn’t pressure His disciples. Judas, who was a devil from the beginning, went three and a half years with Jesus but all he could think about was making money from Jesus being an earthly king. Jesus came to be a heavenly king and he missed it. When he realized, he went out and hung himself. Verse 9, Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. If you truly are washed of the world you will want no part of it. We’ve been accused of brainwashing, and they’re right. The Bible doesn’t use the word brainwashing, it says to renew your mind. To be able to renew your mind to the mind of Jesus, He has to wash away the filth of the world out of your mind. So in that way we are brainwashers. If you aren’t washed, you will desire the world and when you don’t get your way you will throw a fit. I have seen it over and over again. Then you become bitter and angry. Fear and anger will tie you up so you will never get out of that stronghold. Until you say, Lord, I chose to leave you and I’m sorry. I want to ask for Your forgiveness and I want to come back into Your fold and live with You forever. And He’ll forgive your sins. But it isn’t going to be easy. He will try you every step of the way because this world was made to test the people as to who God can trust to live with Him forever. Verse 10, In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. People who want to own someone’s soul use witchcraft to get it. Jesus spoke about this and said, if you touch one of My little children and cause them to stumble and not make it, you would be better off if you had a millstone tied around your neck and thrown into the sea and drowned than to mess with one of My little children. Don’t mess with My children.
 
The one who tries to get over the fence and not go through the door is trying to steal the kingdom of God and take it over so they can be there too. In John 10:10 Jesus said, The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: There are organizations doing that today. They’ve killed, they’ve stolen, and they’ve destroyed. What kingdom are they from? I think that is pretty plain and simple. …I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. There is something you need to understand about God and His ways not being our ways. God does not accuse. Only satan accuses. So if someone is accusing you, it doesn’t come from God. Period. Accusations are not of God. God lets you do things so He can come to you and show you what you are doing. That doesn’t make Him an accuser but one that is telling you what you are doing. If I see you doing something consistently, then I know that it is part of who you are and therefore I’m not judging you. The world judges you but you must have the ability to show that this is what you’re doing. When someone accuses me I’ll say, Lord, what part of that is true? If there is something He shows me I need to change, I will change it and let it go. But if He doesn’t say anything then I just go on. Jesus said then that He has come that we might have life. We can be changed from the kingdom of the accuser to the One who has life. The life that Jesus gives you now will be eternal if you stay in that place until He comes back or until He takes you home. Verse 11, I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. If we’re part of the kingdom of God, we’re going to stand there and defend the kingdom of God and not allow satan and his host to try to destroy. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil and those that have the devil in them which are those who try to pull you away and take your soul to hell because that’s where they are going. Have you ever noticed someone who is mad at the church and they try to pull as many people away from it they can? One who is full of iniquity that wants to own souls, any soul they think they might be able to pull away, they’ll do it.
 
Hebrews 2:13, And again, I will put my trust in him, and again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil. The power of death is the stronghold that keeps them from entering into the kingdom of God. Complacency in the church is not of God. We’re called to destroy the works of the devil. Verse 15, And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. In the Old Testament they couldn’t escape it, but when Christ came He went down to the heart of the earth, broke the power of satan, and took away the keys of death and hell from satan. Now He has the keys of death and hell which is the stronghold for satan.
 
Galatians 5:19, Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery (going against the laws of God for how man and wife are to be), fornication (has to do with the three main sins satan tries to draw you into), uncleanness (your mind has not been washed of the world), lasciviousness (wantonness, no restraint), idolatry (serving other gods), witchcraft (using the devil’s power to get your way and to own souls. The main purpose for satan and his people is to destroy you by taking ownership of your soul.), hatred (hating someone binds you up so you can’t think straight), variance (quarreling), emulations (jealousy, envying), wrath (anger), strife (what causes divisions), seditions (disunion, division), heresies (sect, disunions), Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings (rioting, coming against the authority of God), and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. All of those things are in the mix of the United States today, alive and well, because the church has not taken the commission to help Jesus who broke the power of satan that they might destroy the works of the devil.
 
Revelation 11:18, And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward… God is going to judge every person according to your works. Not according to what you were tempted or thinking to do, you have to do it. Everybody is tempted and satan will try to enter into you and get you to change your mind and do what he wants but until you actually do it you haven’t committed a sin. …unto thy servants the prophets… What is a prophet? The Bible shows that the most faithful and the ones who know who God really is are the prophets. The greatest sign of a prophet is not to prophesy what is in the future, although that is part of a prophet, but it is to teach you how to get out of the grip of satan and on the journey to arrive at the kingdom of God and enter in through the gate that Jesus might be your shepherd and give you the eyes of God. …and to the saints… A lot of people think that when they are born again they become a saint, but you become a saint when you’ve allowed God to take you through the process of being tested as to whether you are worthy and trustworthy to be His child. This world is a testing ground. When you go to school, they give you tests to see what you’ve learned. God does the same thing. He gives you tests. He’ll teach you something and then if you say, ok I’m going to do this, He’ll test to see if you understood what He was saying and if you will follow through. He’ll go back and teach you again and then He’ll let you go. You can talk all you want to but He won’t speak to you until your test is done. At that time He will begin to discern what you are going to do because you have a right to change your mind at any time. A saint goes through the fire of burning up that which is of the world, but that which is eternal lasts forever. Fire does not hurt your eternal destiny unless you build it with worldly goods, which is wood, hay and stubble. If there is nothing there but that, you’ll be gone. Jesus talks about the chaff being the people that do not have Christ in them. The chaff will burn up and the wind will blow them away. To be a saint is to be like Christ and be fully seasoned to be gentle, quiet, and calm unless you are fighting the devil, then you roar. …and them that fear thy name… One of the seven eyes of God that we have in the spirit realm is the fear of the Lord. The Lord has put within you the understanding that, this is what I’m looking for and want to live with Me forever. And if you will follow My guidelines I will invite you to live with Me forever and I will give you an eternal soul. If you don’t you won’t be in My kingdom and you’ll go to satan’s kingdom. So if I don’t obey God, I know where I’ll go. I will be destroyed in hell forever. I have more fear of not making it to heaven than the fear of going to hell, because my hope and life has been, I want to live with You Lord, forever. I want to sit at Your feet and I want You to explain to me all the things You have created from the beginning, to live with You, to learn from You and to be in the midst of Your love. I want Him to take me by the hand and say, Larry, let’s go. We’re going to walk into eternity forever, hand in hand. Then, there is another reward. I’ve given you three rewards so far, and the last reward is this: …small and great… No matter how small or great you are in the kingdom of God, if you destroy them which destroy the earth you will receive a reward for destroying the wicked. Now we’re not going to take guns and shoot them and kill them, but we’re going to do like Jesus did. We’re going to dismantle their power that they become nothing because they are working for satan. But we are doing a good work for them when we dismantle their powers because then they are also free from satan and then if they choose they can come to God and come out of that stronghold that has bound them and brainwashed them into thinking they are doing something great but they are just taking their souls into hell.
 
Let’s look in Ephesians 1. I’m going to introduce the seven eyes that you will have if you have Jesus in you, because He has in Him the seven eyes of God. In those seven eyes, or those seven spirits, you can see in the spirit realm just like I can “see” with my back. Even though I can’t see with my eyes I can see with another sense. So I have five eyes in the physical. In God, to start with, He gives us seven eyes. Then as we grow in Him, He opens other eyes and we get a new vision of who God is. He’s so great that we can get eyes all over us. If you look in Ezekiel 1 & 10 where the wheel is in the wheel, that represents God in us and us in Him and together we destroy the works of the devil through the eyes of God that we can see and know what God is wanting us to do without Him even speaking because we touch the mind of God. The first eye is in Ephesians 1:4, According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love. Those that love Him will begin to see the kingdom of God because Jesus is the light of men. The first thing you do is fall in love with Him and in that love the light opens up so you can see the kingdom of God and what He wants done and what He wants you to change to be a part of Him. Verse 8, Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence. Wisdom is another eye that shows us the direction we need to go. You come to a Y in the road and one leads to satan’s kingdom and the other one leads to God’s kingdom and the Spirit of Wisdom says, go that way. He will teach you many things. This wisdom will make you smart, because you are touching the mind of the greatest being that ever existed in the universe. Touching the mind of God is like nothing else. Verse 11, In whom we have obtained and inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: The fourth eye is counsel. I’ve had many people come to me and seek counsel in an area and I say, I have no idea what you should do. But within two minutes I’m telling them what they should do. Why? Because the Spirit of Counsel has come upon me and I’ve touched the mind of God and He has told me what they should do. Verse 17, That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. Knowledge is another of the seven eyes of God. Wisdom takes us to the knowledge of God; who He is and to teach you His ways. God spoke a lot of times in the Old Testament saying they wandered from Him because they never knew His ways. I’m trying to give you just a little bit of how to get started in knowing His ways. Verse 18, The eyes of your understanding being enlightened. Not only does He tell you which way to go, but He unveils through another eye, understanding, how things work. …that ye may know what is the hope of his calling… Through understanding you know what your calling is. Everyone has a different calling. …and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. The saints again are those who have come to a place where they have been cleansed and set free and love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. Verse 19, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, power, and might, and dominion… The Spirit of Might is another eye. Might and dominion are similar. The power is the quickening spirit. He quickens us to come into the realm of His kingdom because we want it and we have passed the test to go so far up into the kingdom. You have made it inside the door but you have many things to know before you develop authority upon the earth. What the world doesn’t understand is that because they are following satan they will never win at the end because they have been defeated. They are following a leader that will never take over the earth. But God has given His power to the children of God that they might destroy the works of the devil and those that follow him, those that are in his camp, those that are in his jurisdictions, those that have their souls given to satan rather than given to God. If they would just know what they are doing they would drop what they’re doing and burn it all up and go to God and get their mind renewed. The seventh eye is the fear of the Lord. In the fear of the Lord He gives you one more chance to catch up on the things you missed.
 
Six thousand years man was in charge on the earth, but in the seventh year, or the seventh day of creation He rested and God was in charge. Seven is a perfect number. We have passed six thousand years, and we are now entering into a time, and this is the first year that God is beginning to take over and man has no say so of where we are going because now God is in charge and you can’t trust in anything but Him. All you have to do is look at the people who are broadcasters of the weather. This year they have missed it by far. They show no rain for ten or twenty days and two days later there is a down pour. Where did it come from? I don’t know. It just happened to rain. You can’t trust in them. We can get an idea but everything is subject to change. God is in charge and He will be in charge for a thousand years. Those that want to serve satan will be put in one place and they will be tormented a thousand years while those that are His children will live in peace, quietness, and rest for a thousand years without interference of satan and his people and his kingdom. Those that are not of God’s kingdom will live, but they will live in vexations all their life because for six thousand years satan and his people have done nothing but vex and try to destroy God’s children. So He’s going to have one thousand years where He’s in charge and they’re going to be the ones with their mouths shut. They will cry out for the rocks to fall on them and will even wish to die. They wish death would come on them but death will not come on them.
 
Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and thy loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. The kingdom of God is in heavenly places. Jesus went to heaven with His Father and He’s sitting in heavenly places. The earth was a wonderful place in the beginning but satan and his people destroyed it and God’s not happy with it. You say, well God should love us anyway. Well let me go into your house and destroy it and then I’ll come back and say well you should really love me. All I did was destroy your house. Christ has quickened us to live in heavenly places through the seven eyes of God. Through those eyes we can touch the heart and mind of God.
 
God formed a body out of clay and He breathed into it the spirit of life. Not the life of eternity, but the life that we can live on the earth in the world that He created. When the two came together it became a living soul. When you die, your flesh rots and goes back to the ground and the spirit of life He gave goes back to the One who created it and it leaves you with a soul that you created by what you did. Your soul is created by you and no one else. Others may influence you but you are the one that is to possess your soul and have the authority to who touches your soul and who doesn’t. The very people that accuse are really the ones who want to own you. But if everyone will repent, God is such a good God that He will forgive your sin and give you the opportunity to change and if He sees that you’re not going to change and you were lying to Him you will be gone. Those that have not lied to Him and did what they said will be invited to live with Him forever. Jesus came to save the soul. Will you allow Him to do it?
